Successful second issue of Swiss Prime Site Solutions Investment Fund Commercial


  • Second issue in geopolitically challenging environment completed successfully
  • Fund certificates to be paid up on 1 April 2022 
  • Proceeds facilitate growth and expansion of the property portfolio to over CHF 350 million in line with the strategy

During the subscription period for the second issue, which ran from 14 March to 25 March 2022, qualified investors were able to purchase fund unit certificates. Despite the tense geopolitical situation, 677 871 additional units (previously: 1 441 705) were subscribed, with the Swiss Prime Site Solutions Investment Fund Commercial securing issue proceeds of CHF 70.2 million. Overall, the Swiss Prime Site Solutions Investment Fund Commercial has experienced solid growth since it was launched a little over four months ago, with a cumulative equity inflow of CHF 213.4 million.

The second issue will be paid up on 1 April 2022. The capital increase was executed on a commission basis (best-effort basis) by way of a subscription offer in Switzerland. Anastasius Tschopp, CEO Swiss Prime Site Solutions: «With the capital raised to date and the attractive and in some cases exclusive acquisition pipeline, we have already achieved our goal of increasing fund assets to over CHF 300 million in the first half of the year. This is a great achievement for us.»

The Swiss Prime Site Solutions Investment Fund Commercial invests directly in good locations throughout Switzerland, primarily in commercial real estate. The investment focus is on broad diversification, high cash flow stability and economically established locations.
