We manage Fundamenta Real Estate AG, established 2006, which is the only property company listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange (ticker: FREN), and which concentrates on residential real estate in German-speaking Switzerland. FG Promotion is a club deal concept that we have developed. It allows qualified investors to take part in high-spec property developments through an actively operational project company.
