FG Wohnen Deutschland
FG Wohnen Deutschland is conceived as a German special fund and is exclusively targeted at German institutional investors. The fund was established in 2021 and has assets of around EUR 110 million.
Like its predecessor FG Wohninvest Deutschland, FG Wohnen Deutschland invests in residential real estate in the mid-rent segment in growth regions in Germany. Investments are primarily focused on more recent properties that meet clearly defined environmental and social criteria.
The fund is qualified according to Article 8 of the EU Disclosure Regulation and offers institutional investors the opportunity to increase the proportion of sustainable investments in their portfolio. Investors in FG Wohnen Deutschland are represented in the Investment Committee and take an active part in decision-making processes.
