Concept
As an independent asset manager we apply our experience and expertise to create sustainable value for our clients using a holistic approach and individual solutions. To retain and increase the value of real estate, it is essential that property owners manage their real estate with a strategic view to the future. Constantly changing framework conditions require a response that is largely linked to a wide-reaching management and sustainability strategy for both property and portfolio. This, in turn, requires broad-based expertise and corresponding experience.

Asset management mandates for pension funds
We perform executive or fiduciary portfolio and asset management for various pension funds and employee benefit foundations.
The focus of our support is on translating the findings from continuous strategic analyses and monitoring at property level into optimised portfolio performance. The prioritisation and targeted use of investment to achieve an optimal balance of investment criteria according to economic, ecological and social objectives is the guiding principle of our actions in implementation. In doing so, we rely on our expertise in the development and renovation of properties, a mature leasing competence and strategic management of the portfolio.
