Fundamenta Group Deutschland AG is an independent real estate asset manager and a subsidiary of Swiss Prime Site, which is based in Switzerland. Founded in 2016, Fundamenta Deutschland is headquartered in Munich and specialises in the design, development and active management of real estate investment products/portfolios. To this end, we develop focused and custom solutions for the different investment needs of our institutional investors, family offices and UHNWIs.
