FG Wohninvest Deutschland

Established in 2017, FG Wohninvest Deutschland S.C.S. SICAV-SIF invests in residential property portfolios in Germany in the mid-rent segment, which offer attractive rental income prospects and sustainable potential for value growth (e.g. rent reversion). 

Investments are concentrated on high-growth regional cities/top seven cities and their agglomerations. The focus is on existing properties in attractive locations (Core/Core+). Additionally, there are also investments in properties with optimisation potential (manage to core). 

The information published here is aimed exclusively at investors in Switzerland. The fund is aimed exclusively at qualified investors within the meaning of Art. 10 para. 3 and para. 3ter of the Swiss Collective Investment Schemes Act (CISA). With around EUR 700 million in assets, the fund has a broad, efficiently structured existing portfolio, but can also be applied to selected new investments.

Investment strategy

Established in June 2017, FG Wohninvest Deutschland S.C.S. SICAV-SIF invests in core residential properties in the mid-rent segment in Germany that meet clearly defined environmental and social criteria. It qualifies as a fund according to Art. 8 of the EU Disclosure Regulation and enables institutional investors to place a greater weighting on sustainability-compliant investments in their portfolios.

FG Wohninvest Deutschland already has a broad, efficiently structured existing portfolio. Designed as a Luxembourg investment vehicle, the fund is aimed not only at German institutional investors but also at foreign investors, in particular qualified investors from Switzerland.
