- Fundamenta Group Deutschland Reshapes Its Management Team for the Next Stage of Development
- As of 1 January 2027, Maximilian Hoffmann will take over as Managing Director, joined by newly appointed Managing Directors Bernhard Steurer (CFO) and Knut Michael Hink (COO)
- Corporate Transformation Completed: With effect from 31 August 2026, the company is now registered as Fundamenta Group Deutschland GmbH in the Commercial Register.
Fundamenta Group Deutschland is restructuring its management team for the next phase of its development, with a focus on continuity, internal management experience and closer ties with the Swiss Prime Site Group. Maximilian Hoffmann will take over as CEO of Fundamenta Group Deutschland on 1 January 2027. In his new role, he will also serve as an important bridge to the Swiss headquarters of the Swiss Prime Site Group.
Together with Bernhard Steurer (CFO) and Knut Michael Hink (COO), who have been appointed as managing directors, Maximilian Hoffmann will be responsible for the operational and strategic development of the German platform. Bernhard Steurer and Knut Michael Hink stand for stability, operational reliability and continuity from within the organisation and have played a significant role in shaping the company’s development in recent years through key management roles.
With this new setup, the Swiss Prime Site Group is strengthening the management structure of Fundamenta Group Deutschland and establishing clear responsibilities for the further development of the mandate and asset management business in Germany. The new management team combines many years of market and organisational knowledge with the strategic perspective of the Group.
As a further step in the company’s organisational development, its legal form has been changed to a GmbH. Following entry in the commercial register effective on 31.08.2026, it will operate as Fundamenta Group Deutschland GmbH. The company’s purpose and ownership structure remain unchanged.
